Scientific information can arguably never tell us what is always or absolutely true.
You can emphasize the accuracy of a fact using this tried and true pair of words. It is absolutely true that these two words go together perfectly. You can use them when you are disagreeing with someone but you want to admit a point:
A: The world is round, so everything is round.
B: It is absolutely true that the world is round, but this floor is flat!
You can also use it when someone doubts what you are saying:
A: You’re wrong. There is no innovation in Korea.
B: It is absolutely true that Korea is one of the most innovative countries in Asia!
